FAQ
Direct answers to what brands and producers ask us most often. Anything else? Drop us a line and we'll come back the same day.
[01]Where do you operate?
+
We staff activations across the U.K. and continental Europe, with on-call talent ready to fly out to your next major event.
[02]Do you provide staff outside of Europe?
+
Yes. Though we primarily provide staff for events across the U.K. and Europe, staff have experience working in Asia, the Middle East and the USA.
[03]What's your minimum lead time?
+
Ideally two weeks. We've turned briefs around in 48 hours when needed, but a longer runway means a tighter cast and better training.
[04]Do you provide long term staff?
+
Most bookings are for day events or multi-day events, though we can provide staff for on-going projects such as the F1 Circuits for example.
[05]How are rates structured?
+
Day rates per crew member based on role and location. In some cases, there's a single one off visa fee — no per-hour markups, no surprises. Straight forward and easy to book.
[06]How do you vet your roster?
+
Every profile is experienced, reference-checked, and rated against a fixed scorecard for presence, fluency, and reliability before they go live. The majority of our catalogue of staff have several years of on the ground experience with any type of event you book with us.
[07]Can you cast for specific briefs?
+
Yes, that's most of what we do. Brief us on tone, demographic, and dress code - we'll do the rest!
[08]Do you handle uniforms and styling?
+
Yes - we work to your style guide. In some cases where clients have specific wardrobe requirements, we coordinate a uniform pull and on-day styling for an additional fee to cover this.
[09]What about insurance and compliance?
+
PRISM is fully insured (Public Liability and Employers' Liability). All crew are engaged compliantly under U.K. and EU labour laws.
[10]Do you sign NDAs?
+
Always — for both the agency and individual crew. Confidentiality is the default, not an upgrade.
